Guadalupe and Estrella in Makati City borders the cities of Mandaluyong, Pasig and Taguig and runs perpendicular to EDSA and the Pasig River. The old Estrella bus stop near the MMDA metro base along EDSA no longer operates and all the buses are diverted either to Buendia or Guadalupe MRT.

Guadalupe Terminal Schedule
As of August 2021, bus, regular, modern jeep, MRT, and Pasig River Ferry from Guadalupe terminal operates from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM with some jeepneys operating 24 hours. There are no centralized terminal in Guadalupe. The modern and regular Jeepney Terminal is located at the back of Guadalupe Market and beside Guadalupe Commercial Complex. There is also an MRT and EDSA Carousel bus station as well as Pasig River Ferry Station.
From Guadalupe, passengers may ride the jeepneys going to Market Market BGC, FTI, Gate 3 Plaza, and Housing in Taguig City, L Guinto in Taft Avenue Manila, Buting in Pasig City and Pateros. The only bus route operating in Guadalupe is EDSA Carousel going to PITX, SM Mall of Asia and MCU in Monumento.

The EDSA Carousel P2P bus operates daily from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM with minimum fare of ₱13.00 from PITX to ₱62.00 going to Monumento. The route passes along Macapagal Blvd towards EDSA, MRT Taft, Magallanes, Ayala, Buendia, Guadalupe, Ortigas, Santolan, Cubao, Quezon Ave, North Ave (Trinoma), Muñoz, Balintawak and MCU.
Most bus accepts CASH and BEEP payment. Once you enter the bus, tap your BEEP card and tap it again before you exit and the fare is deducted automatically. If you forget to tap on your exit, you will be charged full fare on your next entry.
There are NO EDSA Carousel bus stop in MRT Boni, Shaw and Santolan Station. Passengers heading to these location can use MRT instead.

Directions from Guadalupe Terminal
Guadalupe to FTI
There are regular and modern jeeps from Guadalupe to FTI operating from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM with the regular jeepneys operating 24 hours. The route makes a stop in Market Market, Diego Silang, Palar, via c5 before terminating in Tenement FTI (PNR FTI)
Guadalupe to Gate 3 Plaza / Villamor
Passengers heading to AFP Housing / Bayani Road, Mckinley Hill, Mckinley West and Gate 3 Plaza may ride the regular or modern jeep in Guadalupe which operates from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM. From Gate 3, passengers can ride the PNR in Nichols Station or head to Villamor / NAIA terminal 3.
Guadalupe to PITX
There are two ways to go to PITX from Guadalupe – The first is a direct route by riding the EDSA Carousel Bus to PITX and the second is by taking the MRT to Taft Avenue and then riding the EDSA Carousel bus in EDSA MRT. Travel time is 20 mins.
Guadalupe to Monumento
There are three ways to go from Guadalupe to Monumento
- The first is by riding the EDSA Carousel bus to MCU Monumento,
- Second by riding the MRT to Taft and then taking the LRT to Monumento
- The last is by taking the MRT to North Avenue then taking the EDSA Carousel bus to MCU. Travel time is 45 mins to 1 hour.
Guadalupe to Ayala / Buendia Makati
To commute from Guadalupe MRT Station to Ayala / Buendia Makati, ride the train or EDSA Carousel Bus. Travel time is 5 mins and the fare is ₱13.
You can also ride the Buendia / Cartimar Jeepney from Guadalupe Market and the jeep will pass along Buendia Avenue towards Ayala before heading to Buendia PNR, Cash and Carry and terminating in LRT Gil Puyat Station
Guadalupe to Lawton Manila
There are three ways to travel from Guadalupe to Lawton / Manila City Hall.
- Take the MRT to EDSA Taft and then taking the LRT to Central Station.
- Ride the Pasig River Ferry to Quezon Bridge station
- Cutting trip by riding the jeepney to Leon Guinto (L. Guinto) in Malate and then riding the bus or jeep to Sta Cruz Lawton.
Guadalupe to Megamall, Cubao, Trinoma, SM North
Passengers heading to northbound to SM Megamall, Cubao, Trinoma and SM North may ride either ride the MRT or EDSA Carousel Bus. Travel time is 20 mins
Note that there are no bus stops in Boni and Shaw Boulevard Stations so passengers heading to these areas should take the MRT instead
Guadalupe to BGC – Uptown, Market Market, High Street Burgos Circle
To Commute from Guadalupe MRT Station to Uptown or Market Market in Bonifacio Global City BGC, ride either the regular or Modern Jeeps going to FTI, Housing or Gate 3. If heading to Burgos Circle, you can also take the tricycle going to JP Morgan Chase (Ministop) and walk towards BIR and then turn left along 2nd Avenue. You can also ride the MRT to Ayala and then ride the BGC Bus in Mckinley Exchange (Telus)
Guadalupe to MOA SM Mall of Asia
The best way to commute to SM Mall of Asia MOA is by riding the EDSA Carousel bus. Make sure to ask the MMDA personnel if the bus will stop in SM Mall of Asia as there are some buses that goes directly to PITX. You can also ride the MRT to Taft station and then ride the jeep or bus to SM Mall of Asia
Guadalupe to Bicutan, Sucat, Alabang
As of August 2021, there are no direct buses from Guadalupe to Bicutan, Sucat and Starmall Alabang. Passengers heading to Alabang may ride the MRT or EDSA Carousel bus to Ayala MRT then take the Alabang bus from there. The schedule of buses from Ayala Makati to Alabang is until 10:00 PM.
From Ayala, there are direct buses to Starmall Alabang and there are also buses that will make a stop over in Bicutan and Sucat before arriving in Starmall Alabang.
Guadalupe to Laguna
Passengers heading to Laguna from Guadalupe may choose any of these routes.
- Ride the Jeep to Buendia / Gil Puyat and take the Jac Liner / Jam Bus / BBL / LLI or DLTB bus to San Pedro, Biñan, Sta Rosa, Cabuyao, Calamba and Sta Cruz, Laguna.
- Ride the MRT to Ayala MRT and ride the buses to Pacita, Biñan, and Sta Rosa. The Calamba P2P bus is located in front of Glorietta and Shangrila Makati while the Nuvali P2P bus is located in front of Holiday Inn and Suites.
- Ride the EDSA Carousel bus to PITX and take the Laguna bound buses.
- Ride the modern jeep to Market Market and then ride the HM Worthy transport to Pacita, Biñan, Nuvali and Calamba Laguna.
Guadalupe to Cavite
Passengers from Cavite or those from Guadalupe going to Bacoor, Imus, Dasmariñas, Naic and Kawit Cavite may ride the buses and van in PITX or EDSA Taft.
Guadalupe to SM Fairview / Novaliches
There are no more direct routes from Guadalupe to SM Fairview / Novaliches. Passengers heading to Quezon City may ride the MRT or EDSA Carousel first and the alight in Cubao, GMA Kamuning or Quezon Avenue and transfer to the buses heading to SM Fairview / Angat Bulacan.
Guadalupe to Circuit / Rockwell
The best way to commute to Rockwell or Circuit Makati is by riding the L Guinto jeep. Travel time is 5-10 mins and fare is ₱9
Guadalupe Pasig River Ferry
The Guadalupe to Escolta Pasig River Ferry is a downstream route with the following schedule: 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM.
The Guadalupe – Escolta route passes on the following ferry terminals: Hulo, Valenzuela, Lambingas, Sta Ana, PUP, Lawton (Quezon Bridge) and Escolta.
